Bi-Annual Gathering of Global Community of Widows Sons Masonic Riders Association! The event this time is being hosted by the Oklahoma Widows Sons Chapters and will be an event to remember! Admission includes an amazing Entertainment lineup and lots of scheduled fun!! We are expecting a large turnout this year from Brothers and Sisters from several Countries. This will be a WS Grand Gathering for the Books!! Be sure you register early!! Hotels and local houses for Rental are available in the area and Camping is available on the property. Camping: The venue is in Muskogee's Hatbox Field was a general aviation airfield established in January 1921. With parking available for RV's, Trailers with electric and water hookups, it is not a campground. The venue has adequate space for RV's and Trailers with Electric and Water hookups, but you should register early and come in early if you can so you are set up to enjoy the weekend (important to register your RV/Trailer size and amp requirements at registration so we can prepare the grounds and secure space). Only pre-registered sites are guaranteed a spot. PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY! Payments will not be accepted at the event. Tent Camping is available (no electric hookup, sites are for primitive camping but will have access to portable bathrooms need tent area). DO YOU NEED TO BUY A TENT AND SLEEPING BAG? The Oklahoma Widows Sons Brothers are securing a great price on the purchase of "Tents and Sleeping Bag Packages" for Brothers and Sisters who are riding in or flying in and want to travel light. You can purchase these bundles in advance when you get your tickets. The tents and bags are yours to keep, or you can donate them to a Scouts BSA. Rides: There are several rides being planned for your pleasure! Entertainment: Oklahoma Widows Sons have a Spectacular Entertainment experience for the Gathering's Attendees! Rides, destinations, Headline Band, and Multiple DJs to keep you dancing and celebrating! Security: This is a private event and is not open to the public and is by invitation only. There will be Security detail onsite for the entire event, at registration, and throughout the property.
